Workshop 1 - THE FOUNDATIONS : FORM
Strength and flexibility conditioning to stay injury free. Targeting problem areas for athletes; hamstrings, hips, itb, shoulders and lower backs. Using dynamic sequences to build all body and aerobic strength for improved performance.
Workshop 2 - GET CENTRED : FOCUS
Core strength, balance and postural alignment to increase physical and mental stamina. Learn mind/breath control for focused concentration. Correct imbalances in the body, accrued from repetitive motion. Find ease within effort.
Workshop 3 - ACTIVE RECOVERY : FITNESS
Replenish and rejuvenate mind and muscles to achieve improved fitness. Using restorative sequences, breath drills and meditation, feel renewed and ready for your next challenge.
All abilities welcomed, whether you're a part time cyclist, jogger, swimmer or competitive racer.
Sophie Lewis is a fully qualified yoga instructor (Registered Yoga Alliance). A practitioner for over 10 years, she has developed a programme for multi sport athletes based on the principles of yoga.
