Mindfulness meditation is a means of drawing mind more into moment thereby letting go of past storylines and future fantasies. In this letting go, we can experience a greater presence which enables calm acceptance and wise action. Participants are encouraged to attend all three workshops but it is possible to attend one.
Norman has embraced both the traditional ashtanga method, as well as yin yoga and buddhist meditation, in his own practice for many years, and as a teacher since 2001. Through significant periods of training with his teachers Hamish Hendry, Richard Freeman, Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley, he has gained the Yoga Alliance 500 hour accreditation.
