The two workshops are each complete in themselves, giving integrated attention to all patterns of movement, grouped into steps leading to peak postures.
Advanced postures will be explored in Vinyasa karma steps, so that each student may rest in the step appropriate for them, to nourish the body on a deep level.
Elements of the practice will be deep and dynamic, whilst others will be deeply restful and explorative, following Patanjali's principle of combining 'the dual qualities of zeal and surrender in practice'

Liz has been involved with The Life Centre since 1995 and her yoga teaching is rooted principally in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, harnessing the creative and fluid use of breath synchronised asanas gently and creatively.
Liz has studied in Crete, Goa and Mysore, and through her Arts and Bodywork training she incorporates movement disciplines from other techniques.
Her performing and visual arts background (B.A, M.A) influences her approach to teaching and exploration of the body and mind.
She is the author of several popular yoga books and a yoga DVD.
